The SAM Center Veteran Resource Center and Wild Yoga Studio have partnered to offer a special class for children and grandchildren of veterans, active-duty military, Gold Star Families and community members. 

This class offers mindfulness, movement, and fun while teaching the children the importance of the mind-body connection. Your children will enjoy a playful, engaging experience while learning yoga poses to build focus, confidence, and calm. Each class features a yoga session, story, coloring page, and games. 

FREE FOR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN OF VETERANS, ACTIVE DUTY AND GOLD STAR FAMILIES.
