PILATES

Pilates is a low-impact, core focused, exercise class that provides both toning and strengthening. This class is specifically designed to help improve muscle tone, decrease neck and back pain, and improve cardiovascular fitness. This low intensity class is great for beginners but can also be easily modified to benefit those already undergoing a fitness routine. Pilates at the SAM Center Veterans Resource Center is taught by Amanda Stutler, an Army veteran, licensed massage therapist, and certified personal trainer with over seven years of experience in the fitness industry.
