Providing outreach through food assistance

The SAM Center houses a free commissary (pantry) of non-perishable food items, dairy products, frozen meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and paper products. The food distribution offers 2 weeks' worth of food and is open, by appointment, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Please call 330-956-6162 ext. 1 to make an appointment. 

7-Day Food Bags

In addition to the commissary, Serving Area Military and Veterans offers 7-day emergency food bags that contain enough nutritional supplies to last an individual for roughly seven days. These kits are distributed at locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
